Toronto, ON – The Canadian Hockey League today announced that Robin Lehner of the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds is the CHL Goaltender of the Week for the second time this season. For the week ending January 31, Lehner won two games including a shutout victory posting a goals-against-average of 0.500 and a save percentage of .983.
In 19 weeks, the award has been presented six times to OHL recipients including twice Lehner this week and for the week ending November 22, 2009.
Also considered this week was Evan Mosher of the PEI Rocket who won two games posting a goals-against-average of 1.50 and save percentage of .943. Kraymer Barnstable of the Red Deer Rebels was perfect making 40 saves in two appearances earning a shutout victory Saturday as third star of a 5-0 win over the Edmonton Oil Kings.
